Loretta Langille

Before getting fully into the coaching & healing space, I worked as a dental hygienist for 14 years. During this time I found myself feeling stuck, burnout, in chronic pain and disconnected from myself. I often wondered if there was more to life. Even though on the surface it appeared I 'had it all’; it didn’t feel that way. My soul was calling me to awaken to something more. In 2012, I decided to take a leap of faith and made a major career change amidst raising 2 young boys. During this time of personal transformation, I leaned heavily on coaching and several holistic modalities to help me reconnect with myself and discover a new fulfilling path. My path has unfolded better than imagined especially as I have learned to trust myself and the universe more fully. My cross country move to Vancouver Island in 2020 to build True Healing Ocean Retreat from a vision and continuing to evolve and grow are all testaments to my commitment to following these calls inside myself. I love supporting my clients to heal their energy, follow the callings inside them and shine their light so bright as they make their dreams a reality as well! I know my clients have amazing gifts to share with the world and it’s an honour to support them in aligning with what matters most to them. I understand that in order to truly thrive we need to shift out of ‘stress mode’ and get back into our natural state of being.
